This premium rang is great very stable base and I don’t need to put it up full has some adjustment
Overall very good quality. The only negatives were that there was no instructions in the package or an order slip. Also, the table cloth has a pink tinge, not the correct grey as asked.
I have decided to provide a 4* review due to the excellent quality of both the feather flags I purchased and the pole/stand, but communication and lack of instructions let the company down.
The flags are vibrant, eye-catching and clear. The stitching is high quality and appears very strong. The poles too appear very strong and sturdy, yet flexible enough to meet the rigours of the wind. The drive on stands are heavy and again appear good quality. All metal appears coated to withstand weather conditions, and the carry bag supplied is good quality and a nice touch to keep everything together and organised.
I have two gripes,. Firstly, the website claims a three day turnaround but after a week I had to chase it up. I then received an apology but no explanation, and a proof to approve the artwork. As I needed the flags for an imminent event, I felt pressurised to just approve the artwork and get them delivered. There was also no explanation why the image I had provided was not used. To my relief, the flags arrived by courier very quickly thereafter and in time for my event. However, there were no instructions and despite an email requesting them by return, I have not been in receipt as yet. I have managed to work out almost all of the pieces, but worryingly there is a heavy pole remaining which just defies my ability to see where it is used! My event is tomorrow and I'm just hoping that pole is not crucial!
Overall, I would recommend We Are Displays, but they really need to improve on their communication.
